Important Booking Conditions and Policies: There is a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled
prior to May 15, 2005. After May 15, additional penalties apply, as imposed by the cruise
line and the hotel, up to the full amount of vacation. This is a private event being offered to
Jehovah's Witnesses in good standing. Please refer to our REQUIREMENTS page for more
information in order to qualify for this trip. No one under 21 will be allowed to join this trip
without a parent or guardian present with them, as per the policy of the cruise line. Mature
chaperones will be present at this event. There is a one-way transfer from New Orleans
(MSY) Airport to Embassy Suites that is included with your package. Other than that, all
other transfers, airfare, gratuities ($40 per person) and travel insurance are all additional
purchases and not included with this package. Groups of 10 or more flying from the same
city are qualified for a Group Rate, which will be offered if applicable. The Embassy Suites
