    BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT BOOKING CONDITIONS!!

    As with all group trips offered on this site, each person attending must meet the criteria as stated in our
    REQUIREMENTS page before signing up for a group trip.  You must be at least 21 years of age to book a cabin.

    Pricing, availability and itinerary are subject to change.   All rates listed are cruise-only, and include all port
    charges, government taxes, and fees.  Please note that fuel surcharges do not apply for this sailing, however
    Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines reserves the right to reinstate their $10.00 per person, per day fuel surcharge
    should the price of fuel go beyond $70.00 per barrel.  Rates do NOT include:  airfare to Orlando (MCO),
    insurance (via Access America), prepaid gratuities of $10.00 per person per day, or shuttle transfers from the
    Airport (these will be quoted).  Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request.

    The deposit deadline of February 15, 2011 has been given so as to guarantee you get the lowest rate on the
    cruise.  Cabins are booked on a first come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to submit your deposit well
    before the February 15th deadline.  If you are registering or submitting your deposit after February 15th and we
    no longer have cabins available, we will provide a quotation for you based on prevailing rates, and book you in
    the best available cabin.  Please note that due to special restrictions on this sailing, at least ONE NAME must
    remain the same after deposit is made!  We are not allowed to replace an entire cabin with new passengers, per
    Royal Caribbean's Group Policies.  See cancellation penalties for cabins that require cancelling.

    TRIPLE & QUAD CABIN REQUESTS and CABIN WITH REDUCED CHILD RATES:   If you are interested in a triple or
    quad cabin, or a cabin with reduced child rates, the cruise line cannot hold this type of room for more than 30
    days without full deposit of $250 for the cabin.  Once you submit your registration, we will request your cabin.  
    you will then have 30 days to submit your deposit either by check, money order, or credit card.

    CANCELLATION PENALTIES
    A penalty of $50.00 per person will apply for any cancellation made prior to Final Balance Date of April 1, 2011.  
    After April 1, 2011 the following penalties will apply:  $150.00 per person up until 45 Days Prior to sailing, 50%
    of Total Fare between 30 - 45 days prior to sailing, and Full Penalty less than 30 days prior to sailing.  

    A Check or Money Order is the preferred method of payment.  We accept credit card payments, but please note
    that a 3% fee will apply when using this method.  Please see link on this page to download a credit card
    authorization form, or contact us to obtain one.
