2004-2005 Group Trip & Event Updates
We are fresh off our 3 1/2 week road trip, where we visited with friends & family in
Louisiana and Orlando. It was QUITE a trip. I don't think I've ever been in a car so long.
My biggest angst was not having a high-speed connection to the internet. I can't believe
how lost I was without it! But during the time we managed to spend some time with loved
ones, and got some much-needed rest. Julian is about 4 shades darker, and is starting to
develop a southern accent already. LOL Anyway, it all ended on a HUGELY positive note:
the district convention in Jackson, MS. What a treat, and a spiritual banquet. It was a
great beginning to the summer!...... Esmee Kyles
Many of you (or those in your family) are either planning to attend or putting together your
annual or bi-annual family reunions. What a special time to get together with old and
young and share in your common threads. I witnessed about 2 family reunion groups
during my travels last month, where every generation & age group was represented. Not
to mention they occupied most of the hotels! Unfortunately, most people are not
experienced with handling group planning of this nature / size. This is where a
professional can come in handy. So if you or your loved ones are in need of assistance
with your family reunion plans this summer (i.e., bus charter quotes, hotel group rates,
dining, group discounts on attractions, or any other aspect of the event), please do not
hesitate to contact us!!

We attended our Orlando Group Trip with the friends last month and it was a wonderful
time had by all. We occupied about 3 homes, and for the first time in our 3 years doing
this trip, we had more children than ever before, which was a real treat. We dined on
African delicacies at Boma's in the Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge, while others in the group
took to the days of Lancelot at Medieval Times. Many braved the new ride, The Mummy at
Universal Orlando, while others took a nice ride on the motorboats at Downtown Disney.
The trip to Clearwater Beach, which is ALWAYS a treat, was fantastic (except for my minor
mishap with a jetski). All in all, another great year in Orlando. Take a look at some of the
snapshots here: http://photos.yahoo.com/wbeetravel (click on ORLANDO 2004)
