    charter is available ONLY to those flying to LAX and not

    mention the van transportation in the COMMENTS section of

    Airfare to Los Angeles Airport (LAX), shuttle services

IMPORTANT BOOKING CONDITIONS
(please read)

Pricing and package features are subject to change.  Availability is limited, and will be booked on a first come-first serve
basis.   A minimum participation of 10 persons is required to assure Group Rates and rates and/or features of the
package can be modified if group falls below 10 persons.  Early Bird Discount applies only if both registration & $100
deposit is received by 3/1/09.  We are sorry, but the Early Bird Discount does not apply to CA Residents purchasing
the Activities Package.  Past-Guest Certificates cannot be applied to CitySeries Weekend trips. If you are registering
after March 15, 2009, your initial deposit is due within 2 Weeks of registering.   A $75.00 Cancellation Penalty applies if
cancelled after deposit is made.  An additional $100.00 penalty will apply if cancelled after May 1, 2009.  After final
payment is made, there will be no refunds given.  Children rates will be based on 2 full-price paying adults in the room.
 Maximum occupancy in the room is four. Price includes all taxes and fees.  Optional Transportation Add-On applies
only to those who are flying into LAX, and will not be renting their own car that weekend.  We require at least 10
persons per van to qualify for the $60.00 weekend rate, otherwise the price may be altered.  The hotel does not
impose any parking fees.  No variations or modifications are permitted to the package, and no refunds are given for
features not used (i.e., meals, gathering, etc.). Tips for drivers, baggage handlers and tour guides are not included.  
The Double Decker sightseeing tours do not include admission to attractions, and is self-guided. For California
Friends:  we are accepting registrations for CitySeries activities from California friends provided you can furnish a
Reference Name of someone that is a part of our mailing list or has traveled with us before.  See resident registration
form for further details.  Only one person per registration form will be confirmed (with the exception of spouses and
minor children living with you).  

Travel Insurance is recommended and available upon request.  This trip is a private event and not open to the general
public.  WeeBee Travel will not be held liable for any errors & omissions associated with this trip.
