IMPORTANT BOOKING CONDITIONS

Pricing and package features are subject to change.  Capacity is limited to 30 PERSONS, with a minimum participation
of 20 persons (or 10 rooms) to guarantee all group rates.  Rates and/or features of the package can be modified if
group falls below 20 persons.  The Grand Canyon West Rim Tour is being given by Las Vegas Grand Canyon Tours.  
The SKYWALK is an optional purchase and is made at the Visitors Center upon arrival.  Current rates are $33.00 per
person, and are subject to change.  We apologize, but Past-Guest Certificates cannot be applied to CitySeries
Weekend trips.  If you are registering after May 15, 2009, your initial deposit (and any subsequent payments due) is
due within 2 Weeks of registering.   A $50.00 Cancellation Penalty applies if cancelled after deposit is made.  An
additional $100.00 penalty will apply if cancelled after July 15, 2009.  After final payment is made, there will be no
refunds given.  Children rates are based on 2 full-price paying adults in the room (adults pay the double occupancy
rate, and children pay the child rate).  Children over the age of 2 are priced as adults for the Grand Canyon tour, as
they are occupying a seat.  Maximum occupancy in the room is four. Price includes all taxes and fees.  If you are
driving to Las Vegas, there are NO parking fees at the Stratosphere Hotel.  Valet parking is available on a tip-basis. No
variations or modifications are permitted to the package, and no refunds are given for features not used (i.e., meals,
transportation, etc.). However, if you are driving your own vehicle and will not need the DEUCE bus nor transportation
to the local Kingdom Hall, you may deduct $30.00 from the adult rates and $15.00 from the child rates. Tips for
drivers, baggage handlers and tour guides are not included.  For NV/CA/AZ Friends:  the local resident package
rates include both the Buffet Dinner at Planet Hollywood (on Friday night) and the Sunday Champagne Brunch at the
Luxor Hotel, as well as the Day Trip to the Grand Canyon West Rim.  If you are interested in just the meals, please
mention this in your registration form and deduct $130.00 from the package rate.  All local resident package rates,
regardless of what you participate in, must be PREPAID by the August 15, 2009 due date.

Travel Insurance is recommended and available upon request.  This trip is a private event and not open to the general
public.  WeeBee Travel will not be held liable for any errors & omissions associated with this trip.

    tour the city of Philadelphia, PA, for a fun-filled
    weekend, as part of our CitySeries Weekends program.

Pricing and package features are subject to change at our discretion.  Availability is limited, and will be booked on a
first come-first serve basis.   A minimum participation of 10 persons is required to assure Group Rates and rates
and/or features of the package can be modified if group falls below 10 persons.  Past-Guest Certificates cannot be
applied to CitySeries Weekend trips. If you are registering after January 1, 2010, your initial deposit is due within 2
Weeks of registering.   A $75.00 Cancellation Penalty applies if cancelled after deposit is made.  An additional $100.00
penalty will apply if cancelled after February 15, 2010.  After final payment is made, there will be no refunds given.  
Children rates will be based on 2 full-price paying adults in the room.  Maximum occupancy in the room is four. Price
includes all taxes and fees.  Optional Transportation Add-On applies only to those who are flying into PHL Airport, and
will not be renting their own car that weekend.  We require at least 10 persons per van to qualify for the $50.00
weekend rate, otherwise the price may be altered.  The hotel does not impose any parking fees.  No variations or
modifications are permitted to the package, and no refunds are given for features not used (i.e., meals, Formal, etc.).
Tips for drivers, baggage handlers and tour guides are not included.  The Double Decker sightseeing tours do not
include admission to attractions. For Philadelphia / NJ / NY / DE Friends (not requiring a hotel room):  we are
accepting registrations for CitySeries activities but we require the name of the person referring you (to ensure that
this person is on our mailing list).  See resident registration form for further details.  Only one person per registration
form will be confirmed (with the exception of spouses and minor children living with you).
