Important Booking Details (please read carefully):  
Pricing and availability are subject to change. Group Rates for LAND ONLY packages are based on a minimum 10
hotel rooms booked (or 20 passengers minimum).  FULL PACKAGE / RAIL rates are also based on 20 passenger
minimum.  Should the group fall below 20 passengers (adults and children combined) then a higher rate may be
imposed for any and all aspects of advertised package.  A US Passport is NOT required, but proof of citizenship is
required of all persons, including a certified copy of birth certificate and photo ID issued by government (i.e., drivers
license).  If you are planning on carrying a passport for the AMTRAK package, we will require passport information as
per AMTRAK regulations, and will contact you directly about this.   Children package rates are based on TWO full
paying adults in the hotel room.  Children under aged 0 to 5 are free for the most part with 2 paying adults, although
there might be a charge for breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.   Please contact us for Single Rates.  PLEASE NOTE
THAT THE CLARION PRESIDENT HOTEL IS A SMOKE-FREE FACILITY; ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED

     $250.00        -  30 - 59 Days prior to Departure             
        Full Penalty   -    Less than 30 Days prior to Departure
